Club Meeting Minutes from January 18, 2008.

Attendees: 

There was a quorum with Charles DiMariano (president.), Louis Schepers (treasurer.), Dr. David Scott, Willie Leng, Scott Kaysen (secretary), Alex Cassmeyer and Rob Pilkington in attendance.

Treasurer Report:

Louis reported that after buying two tables from Dr Scott for $900 and $10 of collected dues, the balance of the club's account was $1901.52.

Old Business:

Scott Kaysen read the Club Constitution, which was approved at the club business meeting on October 12, 2007.  The minutes from October 12 and the Club Constitution are included in this report.

New Business:

The club voted on and approved the following items.

· To allow William Todd to use the club' tables for the Show Me State Games if needed, for a fee of $50 plus up to $50 for damages.

· There will be no formal association of the Capitol City Table Tennis Club to William Todd's efforts to host the 2008 Show Me State Games table tennis event.  Individuals may help and participate if they so desire.

· Louis Schepers is authorized to purchase a net to replace the one taken from the club's storage box.
