Club Meeting Minutes from October 15, 2009.

Attendees:

Scott Kaysen, Louis Schepers, Charles DiMariano, Willy Leng, Rob Pilkington, Naish Konda, William Todd

New Business:

The club voted on and approved the following items.

· Rob Pilkington for president

· Louis Schepers for Treasurer

· Naish Konda for Secretary

· William Todd for Special Events Coordinator

· Approved William to order a scoreboard from Paddle Palace if needed. Will order through the Columbia Club’s order in December. Should be around $20. Will reimburse when purchased.

· The club approved offering Tom Maddox $10 a month for providing coaching to club members during club play.  Will pay on a session by session visit.  Was suggested that new coach and schedule be posted  on club website.

Discussions

· William discussed starting in-club tournaments and having the club run 0-star tournaments to encourage interest in the club.  Everyone seemed in favor.  Financial expenses need to be approved by the club.

· William discussed developing interest in regular club trips to other Missouri clubs and regional tournaments
